We experienced a first today. While in church we were sitting in primary singing time when the fire alarm sounded. It took everyone a moment to realize what it was. We then evacuated the building and proceeded to find parents of the children in our class. The whole thing was just a strange experience, this has never happened to us before. A great lesson learned though no matter where you are we should all be aware and have a emergency plan. Having a plan will bring comfort to everyone " prepare and ye shall not fear". To my knowledge everyone is fine and there was not a fire. Don't really know why the alarm sounded. Grateful for everyone's safety and a lesson learned.

It seems that the alarms are placed right within reach of curious kids. Glad it was a false alarm. :)
Today I strongly considered pulling the alarm so I could get out of teaching my lesson on Apostasy. He he.
I'm glad there wasn't a fire;)
